Most memorable musical experience:

Musically: subbing with New World Symphony on John Adams’ Short Ride in a Fast Machine and Mahler 4 with MTT conducting! Wackiest: getting hired by The Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniature to lead their May Day march by dressing up in fairy wings and playing lilting tunes on the piccolo.

If you weren't a musician, what would you be doing:

Optometry. Or teaching kids in some capacity

Hobbies:

Sewing/altering clothes, crafting, gardening, visiting US National Parks with my wife, and training our cats to do tricks

Favorite vacation spot:

Croatia – Plitvice National Park and Hawaii

What three things can always be found in your refrigerator:

Cheese, eggs, and cans of cat food

If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be:

Believe in yourself!
