I would be an engineer, architect, or some kind of doctor.

I grow and graft fruit trees, study California native plants, and I love to hike.

Lascaux
What three things can always be found in your refrigerator:
Vegetables, mayonnaise, and stratifying California native seeds.
If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be:
Just relax.
